一、申请入团队

 

1. 递交入团队申请书

申请入团队的人向团队组织正式提出书面入团队申请(参考例文1-1)。一般情况下,入团队申请人应当向工作、学习所在单位团队组织提出入团队申请;工作、学习单位没有建立团队组织的,应当向居住地或工作、学习单位所在地或单位主管部门团队组织提出入团队申请。入团队申请人没有工作单位的,应当向居住地团队组织提出入团队申请。

 

2. 团队组织派人谈话

1)团队支部认真审看收到的入团队申请书,主要看申请人是否符合申请入团队条件,特别是年龄是否已满十八周岁,是否具有中国国籍,以及入团队动机是否端正、对团队的认识是否深刻、成长经历是否清楚、对待入团队态度是否正确等情况。

2)团队支部在收到入团队申请书后1个月内派书记、副书记或组织委员同入团队申请人谈话,及时了解基本情况,帮助其提高思想觉悟,端正入团队动机。谈话的主要内容包括:

入团队申请人对团队的认识、入团队动机。

个人基本情况、成长经历、家庭情况。

其他需要向团队组织说明的问题等。

谈话结束后,谈话人要及时(一般15日内)将谈话情况进行整理,形成书面记录(参考例文1-2),签名(盖章)后呈交团队支部。

3团队支部将有关情况填入《发展团队员工作全程纪实表》(表1)的相关栏目。

以下各项工作完成后,要及时将有关情况填入《发展团队员工作全程纪实表》。

(正文一般写以下内容:1. 为什么要入团队。主要写自己对团队的认识和入团队动机,表明入团队愿望;2. 自己的z治信念、成长经历和思想、工作、学习、作风等方面的情况;3. 对待入团队的态度和决心,主要写自己应该如何积极争取加入团队组织,表明自己要求入团队的决心和今后工作、学习、生活等方面的打算。)

请团队组织在实践中考验我!

注意事项:

1)要认真学习团队章和有关团队的基本知识,特别是学习*新时代中国特色社会主义思想和团队的十九大精神,了解团队、认识团队,树立正确的入团队动机。要联系实际谈自己对团队的认识,切忌抄书抄报,不谈真实思想。

2)要对团队忠诚老实,如实向团队组织说明自己的z治历史、本人经历等有关情况,不得隐瞒和伪造。

3)入团队申请书一般应由本人手写,字迹要工整,日期等关键信息不得涂改。因特殊原因不能亲自手写的,可由本人口述,请别人代写,但要说明不能亲自手写的原因,经申请人签名盖章或按手印后交给团队组织。

1. 记录入团队申请人的基本情况。(如问:请介绍一下你的基本情况、成长经历及家庭情况。)

2. 记录入团队申请人对团队的基本知识的了解和认识情况。(如问:请问你知道我们团队是什么时候成立的吗?团队的宗旨是什么?)

3. 记录入团队申请人的入团队动机。(如问:请问你为什么要加入*团队?)

4. 记录其他需要了解的情况。(如问:你还有什么需要向团队组织说明的问题?)

二、对入团队申请人的基本看法

通过谈话,XXX(谈话人)认为该同志对团队的认识基本正确,具有一定的z治思想觉悟,……,符合申请入团队的基本条件。
